Anthony Farrer has publicly claimed to be a 2x felon. On January 31, 2025, Farrer was sentenced to 70 months behind bars in federal court for the ponzi scheme he had run between November 2022 through November 2023, when he was first arrested by the FBI.

Farrer has had problems with substance abuse including drugs and alcohol.
