== Scandals and Legal Issues == Farrer’s reputation took a severe hit when his [[Travis Baker|past as an escort]] was revealed. He was also accused of scamming clients, including a significant incident involving a Richard Mille watch, in which be blamed Singer Sean Kingston for stealing the watch. Farrer allegedly sold the watch for gambling money, claimed it was stolen, and then tried to retrieve it from a local jeweler under false pretenses. This incident, among others, led to a rapid decline in his business and personal relationships. In November 2023 Farrer was arrested by the FBI for wire fraud and mail fraud. He pleaded guilty and offered a plea deal in October 2024. In January 2025, Farrer was sentenced to 70 months in federal prison (per the prosecutor's recommendation in the plea deal). With 14 months of time served while awaiting trial in federal jail, and with an 85% minimum sentence completion with good behavior in the federal prison system, it is estimated that Tugger might be released in late 2029 at the earliest. Even after he is released, he will undergo three years of supervised released, in addition to being prohibited from working as a self-employed person. Tugger will only be allowed to work as a W2 employee, of which a portion of his sentence will be used towards paying restitution. In addition, he will have to be paying $25 per quarter while in prison.
