Luis

Originally from Australia, Luis was one of the last people working for Tugger at TPG in Los Angeles. According to LUS' channel, Luis was witness to the events at TPG all the way to the time of Tugger's arrest by the FBI. Critically, he had noticed the sudden disappearance of the last stock of watches in TPG's storage units, before the FBI was able to conduct its raid.
